This bench was constructed from the Oak Tree that was dedicated to George Evans. This oak tree grew on the property of St. James before the sale. It was removed, milled, dried and sawn into boards. All thanks go to the enterprising Clarence Asbury who donated his time, talents and construction skills to the project.
